In this Relationship Associate role, you will be joining Australia’s leading aggregator in the Melbourne office, partnering and supporting mortgage brokers with products on offer within Asset Finance.

The business entered the industry in 2003 and has been hugely successful at developing and innovating products for the market. This department has been growing rapidly and due to its continued and booming success, they are looking to bring someone onto the team

**Job Description - Relationship Associate**

**A robust training plan for a graduate new to the industry is in place to support onboarding and to get you up and running**

**Key Responsibilities - Relationship Associate**
In this Relationship Associate role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Providing support to Asset Finance Brokers including inductions, scenarios, CRM support and general assistance
- Act as an interface between brokers, lenders and the business
- Building strong relationships based on a thorough understanding of their business, objectives and operating processes
- Liaising with other parts of the internal business to deliver a seamless product offering
- Being responsive to queries and feedback and proactively adding value
- Onboarding and inducting brokers into the business and systems

**Job Requirements - Relationship Associate**
For this Relationship Associate role, you will need:

- Completed a degree in banking and finance, economics or other relevant discipline (ideal but not essential)
- A strong interest in financial services, retail banking or asset finance
- Any customer-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
- Eager and keen to learn
- Proactive attitude, team player with strong relationship-building skills
