**The Role |**

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence in store by supporting the retail network with the resources required for optimal execution of operational initiatives and brand experience.

This role will act as the bridge between all departments, ensuring that efficient systems and processes are in place to support the retail teams.

This is a varied role working across:

- Achieve financial and operational management control by managing retail sales and expense budgets, developing and implementing commercially viable initiatives, controlling policies and procedures, communicating effectively to store and enhancing business processes
- Update and distribute all retail store related reporting
- Review results and identify operational improvements to achieve KPI goals’
- Weekly store visits including some interstate and international travel as required
- Ensure Operational processes are in place with any issues or bottlenecks resolved with urgency including Maintentance issues resolved, repairs process being followed, ensuring regular orders for stationary, packaging and beverages are placed, uniform orders and equipment for each team member
- Support the National Sales Manager with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Preparing and presenting proposals for instore client and marketing events
- Key projects with a focus on optimal retail procedures and standardization to ensure consistent messaging through the store network
- Learning and Development & People and Culture initiatives
