They are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and take control of the day-to-day operations of their retail division.

**What will the role involve?**
- Travel between multiple sites across Melbourne (primarily you will be based in Camberwell)
- Ensure sites are effectively managed, adequately staffed and targets are met
- Work alongside the management team to implement and maintain store targets based on customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Motivate Team Leaders to encourage team initiatives and ensure budget targets are met
- Regular communication across stores regarding OH&S standards, customer service standards, store presentation and cleanliness and food safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with the QA team to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
- Set and execute clear expectations, goals, and priorities for the management team

**What will you need?**
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in retail or hospital) managing multiple sites
- Ability to build strong teams and motivate staff to achieve goals and targets
- Safe Food handling course and qualifications in the hospitality sector would be advantageous
- Understanding of business financials desirable
