**Do you have over 10 years of retail experience that rocks?** We're looking for **Retail Operations Manager** who aced operations, launched new stores with flair, and led projects to success - ideally within the arena of international luxury or premium brands with a focus on brand strategy and expansion. Your expertise will be instrumental in new store execution, daily operations, project leadership, and driving profitable growth.

Great opportunity to work directly with the landlord/owner for an exciting new development in Melbourne CBD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the charge on store operations and ensure top-notch financial performance.
- Spearhead the development of cutting-edge retail products and brands across apparel, accessories, cosmetics and watches.
- Leverage your business savvy and industry expertise to drive sustainable and rapid growth.
- Optimize processes, maximize productivity and ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees at all levels.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Offers 10+ years of retail experience including operations, new store execution and project leadership in luxury or premium brands.
- Relevant work experience in luxury/premium brands across apparel, accessories, cosmetics and watches.
- Hands-on and relevant store operation and P&L experience.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills.
- Consistently exceeds sales goals and maintains top operational performance.
- Analyzes data to identify growth opportunities.
- Crafts and executes strategic plans with ambition and a long-term view.
- Has a growth mindset, embraces challenges and is passionate about business development and exceeding customer expectations.
