**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Establish and maintain a QA community of practice, while providing support to the QA community.
- Develop and support solutions to challenging problems and improve test methods.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in designing test test frameworks to remove inefficiencies, identifying and removing road blocks, be involved in exploratory testing.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Experience in automation and manual testing, mentoring colleagues
and setting a standard of best practice, test analysis and design.
- Demonstrated experience in test strategy development and test
plan creation, including leading framework selection and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience in JavaScript automation frameworks
including developing frameworks from scratch and continuous
integration /deployment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in using cloud solutions like AWS and
monitoring tools like NewRelic and SumoLogic.
