The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW is the peak body for 1,600+ privately-owned early childhood education and care services in New South Wales. We provide advocacy, policy, regulatory and industrial support and advice, member services, and professional development for our members across the state.

**About the role**:

- Answering calls and enquires from ACA NSW members.
- Working through with ACA NSW members on their issues.
- Working in a team to provide value-add to ACA NSW members, supplier members and sponsors.
- Referring members to ACA NSW’s legal, industrial, regulatory, recruitment and financial experts.
- Supporting the Executive Committee (aka the board), the CEO and Sub-Committees.
- Identifying members' needs and tailoring specific solutions to solve them.
- Providing outstanding customer service to members.

**About you**:

- Ability to understand, identify and resolve members' business/commercial issues.
- Bright and energetic personality, who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people.
- Demonstrate pro-active, can-do, value-add attitudes.
- Can work in teams as well as independently in a self-reliant manner.
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **PLEASE NOTE**: Early childhood education and care (aka childcare) experience is not required. However, you will be expected to learn about the industry sector's law, regulations and practices using your accumulated and transferable skills and experiences._

**Salary**: From $64,000.00 per year
