A new and exciting opportunity is available for a personable, passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team at **Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover**, in the position of **Service Advisor**.

**Roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
- Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs.
- Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
- Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
- Advanced MS office and general computer skills.

Prior experience in a Service Advisory role, and exposure to the Era Power DMS will be viewed upon favourably.
