**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Executive Manager of HR you will be preparing our weekly rosters in conjunction with our Operational Management team to ensure our employees receive rosters in line with their needs and the business’s needs.

So, what does a day in the life of a Roster Coordinator look like at Wenty Leagues??
- Preparing and inputting of weekly rosters in line with operational requirements
- Reviewing all leave requests and escalating as needed
- Organising and rostering new employee’s training, ensuring our staff receive optimal training opportunities
- Working with Operational Managers regarding roster requests ensuring business needs are met
- Ensuring our employees are rostered within the Award and within their capabilities
- Providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders in relation to workforce planning
- Inputting new roster templates as required
- Liaising with employees regarding updates to their rosters and upcoming training

**About You**

We are looking for a self-starter, who is EXTREMELY organised and understands the people side of compiling a roster. You will have a sound administration background and enjoy and understand the challenges of compiling a roster for 200+ people.

We are willing to train the right person so no previous roster experience needed, but if you have any experience with rostering, or previous exposure to our system, UKG Ready, this would be an advantage.
