Reporting to the Operations Centre Manager, the role will be supporting new and dormant customers. This could look like:

- Outbound calls to dormant customers
- Following up on marketing campaigns
- Gaining an understanding of the customer needs and requirements
- Providing solutions to these customers
- Supporting new customers with their on-boarding.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A customer-first mindset
- A team player
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Full working rights
