**Your new role awaits**

Coates National Operations Centre is based at our head office in Mascot and is comprised of Digital (Inbound) and Outbound Customer Support Officers.
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Compiling quotes, upselling and cross-selling to convert opportunities into sales
- Liaising with our branch network to source equipment for customers
- Logistics support for equipment deliveries, transfers, and pick-ups

Prior to servicing customers, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

**Please note that you will need to be available for weekends on a rotating 5 working day roster.**

**What you’ll bring to the role**

Our amazing team is comprised of people who came from a variety of industries and backgrounds, such as internal sales, account management, customer care & support centres.

What they all have in common, is their focus on ensuring the customer experience always exceeds expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential
- Ability to convey complex information clearly to a diverse customer base
- Experience using Outlook, Excel, and sales, and booking systems
- Proactive behaviour and able to think outside the box for solutions
- Eager to continuously learn new things
