**Your Role**

Working closely with the broader Product and Marketing team, the Direct Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy to ensure an integrated approach to our marketing activities.

**Acquisition and retention communications**
- Develop our direct marketing acquisition and retention strategy including integration with our including mandatory member service communications.

**Lead management**

**Service communications**
- Work with our Information Technology (IT) and third-party banking system provider to develop a roadmap of member service communications.

**Project support**
- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate the below key attributes and experience:

- Advanced communications skills
- GA4 experience
- An interest in customer experience
- Advance skills with Microsoft office suite
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology
- Experience with leveraging a CRM for member interactions
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Website CMS platform experience
