**Job Title: Skilled Labourer - Landscaping (Casual)**

King of Spades is a small, fast-growing landscaping business with nearly two years of solid reputation in residential landscape construction across the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and gardens that stand the test of time.

We’re currently seeking a **Skilled Labourer** to join our team on a **casual basis**, with the potential to transition into a **full-time role** for the right person. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across a variety of residential landscaping projects and grow with a business that values craftsmanship, initiative, and team culture.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assist tradesmen with day-to-day site tasks and project execution
- Perform physical labour across a range of landscaping activities including:

- Paving, retaining walls, earthworks, drainage
- Timber structures (decks, pergolas), garden edging
- Planting, turfing, irrigation setup
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow instructions and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Adapt to varied job sites and changing tasks—no two days are the same

**What You’ll Need**
- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and open communication
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- NSW Driver’s Licence and own transport (work vehicle may be considered down the track)
- Basic tools and PPE preferred but not essential

**Pay & Conditions**
- Casual hourly rate starting from **$31/hour**, based on experience
- Superannuation included

- No formal qualifications required, but prior landscaping or construction experience is highly regarded
