Job Title: Skilled Labourer – Landscaping (Casual)

King of Spades is a small, fast-growing landscaping business with nearly two years of solid reputation in residential landscape construction across the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and gardens that stand the test of time.

We're currently seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right person. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across a variety of residential landscaping projects and grow with a business that values craftsmanship, initiative, and team culture.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist tradesmen with day-to-day site tasks and project execution
  • Perform physical labour across a range of landscaping activities including:
  • Paving, retaining walls, earthworks, drainage
  • Timber structures (decks, pergolas), garden edging
  • Planting, turfing, irrigation setup
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Follow instructions and contribute to a positive team dynamic
  • Adapt to varied job sites and changing tasks—no two days are the same

What You'll Need

  • Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability, punctuality, and open communication
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • NSW Driver's Licence and own transport (work vehicle may be considered down the track)
  • Basic tools and PPE preferred but not essential
