We are seeking an experienced and strategic **ICT Manager** to oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of complex information and communication technology systems that fall outside traditional classifications. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, leadership capability, and operational oversight across a variety of ICT domains—including internet service delivery, network infrastructure, systems performance, and vendor governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor **ICT strategies, budgets, and policies** aligned with organisational goals.
- Plan and oversee the **acquisition, deployment, and maintenance** of core ICT infrastructure (e.g., networks, cloud systems, platforms, telecom).
- Lead cross-functional teams managing **systems administration, helpdesk, infrastructure support, and ICT operations**.
- Evaluate and select new technologies, tools, and vendors for **ICT infrastructure projects or service delivery models** (e.g., SaaS, cloud migration).
- Ensure **high system availability**, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity compliance.
- Oversee **ICT security protocols**, data governance, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with cyber and compliance teams.
- Coordinate with business leaders to identify ICT needs, recommend digital solutions, and guide implementation.
- Supervise the **monitoring of network performance**, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis of ICT failures.
- Drive **training, development, and user support initiatives** to improve technology adoption across the organisation.
- Manage relationships with **external providers, contractors, and service partners**, ensuring contractual performance and SLAs are met.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum **5+ years of progressive ICT management experience**, preferably across infrastructure, networks, or telecommunications environments.
- Strong understanding of **ICT service delivery, network operations, system architecture**, and emerging tech trends.
- Proven experience managing **budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams**.
- Knowledge of **ICT governance frameworks** (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and cyber compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

**Desirable**:

- Postgraduate qualifications in **ICT Management, Business Administration (MBA)**, or **Project Management**.
- Experience in **ISP operations, telecommunications**, or **cloud transformation programs**.
- Certification in **ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, or cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure).
- Demonstrated success in **leading enterprise technology initiatives** with measurable business outcomes.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
