The Workforce IAM Assistant Director holds a pivotal senior leadership role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function

This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and governance for workforce identity and access management initiatives within a Azure and AWS Cloud environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining the strategic vision and roadmap for workforce identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute IAM projects and strategic vision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance for IAM solutions, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk factors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM requirements, advocating for resources and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the IAM team, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a key point of contact for IAM-related matters, representing the IAM function in meetings and discussions with senior leadership.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
- Ability to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.

Ability to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
