**About the opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a Change Manager to deliver end-to-end change management for our Workday HRIS Implementation Project. This is a **7 month Fixed-term** contract opportunity. Your responsibilities will include contributing to change plans, developing effective communications, engaging with key stakeholders, and supporting and delivering training activities essential to the project's success.

Key activities:

- **Change Impact Assessments**:Develop impact assessments, potential resistance and action plan to address.
- **Stakeholder Support**:Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement plans to guide stakeholders through change and embed new ways of working.
- **Communication Plans and material**:Develop and deliver communication plans and materials, ensuring timely and effective communication with all relevant stakeholder groups. Coordinate the development of system notifications and communications.
- **Training Development and Execution**:Support the development of training approaches, conduct training needs analysis, and deliver training as needed.

Significant experience with completing end-to-end change management activities in a medium to large organisation including:

- Development and delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication plans, conducting change impact assessments and development and delivery of training activities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal, including the ability to consult, coach, mediate and facilitate workshops.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Experience supporting a HR transformation project (desirable).
- Experience within the Aged Care sector (desirable).
