**About Us**: We are a dynamic private tutoring Centre in Parramatta, committed to providing exceptional educational support to students from K-12. Our Centre is conveniently located near the train station for easy access.

**Role Overview**: The Assistant Centre Manager will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our Centre, overseeing daily activities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- **Organizing Student Bookings**: Manage and coordinate student bookings efficiently.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Tutoring**: Provide tutoring support to K-12 students as required.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Increase our client base through effective social media marketing strategies.
- **Staff Management**: Advertise, train, recruit, and manage staff members.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have an in-depth understanding of our business products and value propositions.
- **Office Administration**: Perform general office duties, maintain office compliance, and greet clients.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- **Valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)**: Must have or be able to obtain a current WWCC.
- **Educational Background**: Currently undergoing or completing a Bachelor’s Degree at university.
- **Admin Experience**: Proven experience in administrative roles.
- **Assistant Manager Experience**: Previous experience as an assistant manager is preferred.
