-The Group Treasury Chief Operating Officer team is responsible for the development and execution of the overall operational and strategic objectives of the division. You will drive real change by contributing to the Group Treasury business and people strategy. You will be part of a small, high-performing team and with the support from the broader team will drive and deliver initiatives.

- What role you will play?As a Junior Business Manager, you will work closely with the Team, as well as the Chief Operating Officer and broader Group Treasury leadership committee, to help shape the direction of the team and ensure its effective management.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across operational performance, financial management and reconciliations and divisional business planning, driving improvements and efficiencies. By representing the division in various business management related forums, you will drive operations resource and expense management through increasing the transparency of headcount movements.
You will be responsible for headcount tracking and ownership of headcount reporting processes and will manage the analysis of progress against strategic and financial objectives. In addition, you will be partnering with people managers and finance in the preparation of financial review materials and the Bi-annual budget.
- What you offer- Previous experience in Financial Services, Consulting or Project Management and well-versed in business strategy, operations and financial management
- Degree qualified, with accounting, finance or business qualifications
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI dashboard skills preferred but not essential
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience in delivering key messages succinctly and effectively to senior leaders
- Strong numerical, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take on different sets of responsibilities depending on the needs of the team and be highly effective at managing competing priorities.
