Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and user needs.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Process Documentation: Document business processes and workflows to facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Solution Support: Work closely with senior analysts and project teams to support the implementation of business solutions and enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and keep them informed of project progress and outcomes.
- Project Assistance: Provide support in the planning, development, and execution of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
