The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s vehicle fleet. This includes overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and optimising fleet performance and costs.
You will provide support to the business, including drivers, managers and other departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's vehicle fleet.
There is flexibility for the role to be either hybrid or completely remote, dependent upon your location, and the potential for part-time hours if this better suits your requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet.- Promote a culture of safety, supporting the business to ensure all drivers adhere to company and regulatory driving standards.- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.- Coordinating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to fleet management.- Work together with the vendor to ensure the required monthly reports are provided to the business.- Partner with the procurement team to manage relationships with vendors.- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a coordination role.- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to show initiative, multitask and prioritise effectively.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data management.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
