About the Role

The purpose of the Customer Service Representative role is to:

- Provide exceptional customer service in the management of customer and other stakeholder’s queries via multiple channels, primarily 1300# phone line
- Resolve a customer's question/problem, providing appropriate solutions for customers
- Manage and prioritise a range of back-office tasks related to the progression of valuation jobs through to completion

You will be required to use your professional customer engagement and excellence in customer service daily.

About you

This is a great role for you if you love working autonomously and from home. You will be a confident and solutions-orientated problem solver who prides themselves on providing an outstanding customer experience.

You will need:

- A high degree of accountability and the ability to make decisions effectively,
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads,
- A positive and professional manner together with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and
- A high degree of computer proficiency
