**About the Role**

This role is also responsible for leading and managing the strategic partnerships framework for D&T, ensuring that strategic relationships are identified and drive innovation across all major vendors & other partnerships.

**Responsibilities**

This is a varied role with several key accountabilities including but not limited to:

- Identification & assessment of potential risks within the D&T and change management space, namely cybersecurity, emerging technology and technology adoption, regulatory compliance, and operational disruptions, including implementation of controls to mitigate the same.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders including legal and compliance teams to ensure risks related to data privacy, security, and
- digital innovation are addressed.
- Quality assurance, data analysis and performance reporting to monitor operational performance, drive ongoing systematic improvements, enable accuracy of information and ensure compliance with government and legislative requirements and organisational policies.
- Financial management activities to monitor expenditure, budgets and headcount and review contract management and performance in relation to procurement / vendor activities, to ensure cost savings are achieved, where possible.
- Responsibility for identifying, developing and managing key strategic partnerships that align with icare’s strategic priorities including management of the D&T framework for all major vendors & other partnerships.
- Lead and manage a team of risk and operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, as well as being the primary point of contact for icare’s strategic partners and administration team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant tertiary education (Degree) in business, project and risk management
- A minimum of **8-10 years+ **exposure in risk management within digital transformation, IT, or fintech environments.
- A strategic thinker with extensive experience in providing high level executive support and in undertaking corporate reporting with experience in a leadership role in business operations.
- Experience in a commercial roles focused on building highly effective strategic relationships & partnerships.
- Cyber risk experience is desirable.
