**Position Title**:Operations Administrator

**INDIRECTLY REPORTS TO**:roles REPORTING TO THIS POSITION:
**Summary**:
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing all administration personnel in supporting the operational requirements of the Rental and Maintenance business segments.
**Principal Duties / Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring common business processes are adapted across the Group
- Actively participating to achieve all operational administration requirements including:
- Creating Projects/Jobs
- Assistance with procurement and raising RFQ’s
- Procurement follow up and expediting
- Project Kick-off meeting co-ordination
- Assistance with cost monitoring/analysis
- Customer WIP reporting
- Customer Variation & Re-charge reports (i.e. Failed Iron & Rental back charges)
- Timesheet entry
- Site mobilisation
- Rental equipment off hire and on hire processing
- Rental equipment maintenance data processing
- Facility management assistance
- Site field report management
- Assist with HSEQ documents and processes
- Preparation of operational reports as required
- Assisting in new operational staff employee onboarding
- Always offering exceptional customer service
- Coordination of all operational administration requirements
- Compliance with the Company’s Authority Matrix
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required**:
mandatory:
- Experience in a mining, mechanical or industrial services working environment
- High level of skill in MS Office suite products and experience in business ERP systems
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working across technical and operational teams
- High sense of urgency/diligence and an eagerness to meet deadlines
Desirable:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a current first aid certificate
**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
