Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator eager to take on a pivotal role in managing high-impact projects across Perth? Our dynamic construction firm is seeking an individual like you to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and innovative environment.
About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our project delivery team —managing contracts, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance and cost control from start to finish. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Track project budgets, variations, and progress claims
- Preparing and submitting invoices
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
- Assist in procurement and tendering processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS4000, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Varicon, etc.)
- Tertiary qualifications in Contracts Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Background in construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
