Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of para-professionals who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.

Description - Internal

As a Branch Team Leader you will support the Branch Manager to run our Welsh pool Paint Powerhouse store in an efficient and effective way. Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Enjoy weekends and public holidays off as well as break during the Christmas period

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to all existing and new customers ensuring their orders are processed in a timely manner
- Provide effective leadership of branch employees and assist with their training and development
- Management & booking of freight services
- Stock control
- Participate in colour tinting as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
- Follow strict WHS requirements, ensuring the safety of not only you but your staff and customers too

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in managing, encouraging & leading teams to excel in their roles is preferred however we are also open to those who may be ready to take that next step in their career
- A background in manufacturing, warehouse or logistic/operations with proven pick pack and stock control experience
- Knowledge of paints/coatings and paint tinting is an added bonus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
