This is a great opportunity for a Structural Drafter to work on a wide variety of projects alongside an expert team of highly specialised engineers & drafters.

We are looking for a Structural Design professional who is self-motivated, with a focus on successfully planning and completing assigned drafting projects, within company and project standards. The ability to consistently produce high-quality documentation in agreed time frames and budgets will be key to success in this role.

You will enjoy using AutoCAD and possess the following:

- High Proficiency using AutoCAD, minimum 5 years of local experience as a Structural Drafter (essential)
- Hands-on Revit experience, minimum 1-2 years
- Relevant Structural qualification - Diploma or TAFE qualified (essential)
- Ideally experienced in drafting mid/high residential projects with detailing RC concrete, steel and timber
- Post tension knowledge (beneficial)
- Proven background in drafting various projects from start to finish, working under pressure and in a timely manner, with experience in commercial, mixed-use, retail, and residential projects
- Microsoft Office suite of products (essential)

- Friendly and approachable, with good people skills and the ability to work with a variety of people
- Team orientated and willing to share ideas and contribute when required
- Keen to help further innovate the custom drafting standards and BIM processes already established

You have:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as part of a larger team
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Full working rights in Australia, with 5-10 years of local experience
