
Bookkeeper/payroll

We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team.
This is a diverse roll as you will be responsible for 3 seperate businesses.
**Duties include**:
- Accounts Receivable - reporting, payment allocation, debtor follow-up, invoice and statement submission
- Accounts Payable - invoice entering, reconciliation with statements, preparation and payment of Weekly AP payments.
- Payroll - preparation of weekly payroll (10 employees) and all ATO PAYG and superannuation requirements
- Preparation of monthly BAS reports
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for all bank accounts, petty cash, trade creditors, trade debtors and payroll transactions
- Other relevant duties as required by Management
**Skills and Experience;**
- Minimum of 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience using Xero and Shopify
- Dealership experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Proficient in Australian legislation relating to payroll
For the right person, this will be a challenging, and varied role keeping you occupied.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Bayswater, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
