**Opportunity**:
Due to expansion, they now need an Executive Assistant who will be instrumental in supporting their Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to an organisations overarching vision. A varied role with your work being pivotal in enabling strategic decisions, managing projects, and ensuring the CSO can focus on high-value tasks for the group.

This role is a fulltime hybrid role and flexible around you.

**Your Role**:

- Provide comprehensive support to the CSO and C-suite when needed, encompassing a diverse range of tasks to maximise efficiency
- Assist in starting initiatives, implementation tasks, and driving initiatives to closure
- Running own specific projects with the backup and direction of CSO and team if needed
- Contribute to other special projects, helping to keep the dots connected and prioritised
- Support some high-end sales activities with documentation and admin
- Manage communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all messaging
- Assist in organising and prioritising strategic initiatives, keeping projects aligned with company goals
- Facilitate the planning and execution of meetings, events, and networking
- Continuously align with CSO's ambitions to support and enhance objectives

Pay: $62,788.12 - $80,000.00 per year
