**About the Role**

Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for managing the delivery and coordination of digital marketing and content creation; in addition to internal and external communications and GP event management. This is an exciting new role which has been created to support the development and delivery of our communication strategy.

As part of the Brand and Marketing team, this role:

- Provides support for Jones Radiology digital marketing and communications initiatives; including the development of communications content, assistance with scheduling and publishing as well as regular reporting and analysis on website performance and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinates the execution of GP events; including working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in developing and executing events as well as coordinating implementation, costings and evaluations and developing relationships with emerging referrers.
- Provides support in the execution of the Jones Radiology brand across the Practice; including building our media presence through the creation of quality content as well as copy writing and internal and external communications channels.
- Promotes and supports initiatives designed to improve staff engagement and the culture of Jones Radiology; including the endorsement of information sharing and collaboration in line with Jones Radiology vision and values, while maintaining strong relationships across the Practice as well as with external suppliers and strategic partners.

This integral role enables Jones Radiology to achieve marketing objectives while strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders through the provision of high-quality and innovative marketing services.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Experience working in a similar role in a small team and fast paced organization (content creation / writing experience is highly regarded).
- Tertiary or higher education qualifications in marketing / journalism will be highly regarded or studying to complete qualifications.
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage successful events.
- Proven skills in digital analytics reporting and preparation of ad hoc marketing reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with people at all levels of the business and with external suppliers/vendors.
