**The Organisation**

Our client is a global provider of childcare services. With an established national presence they have a directive for rapid expansion with the ultimate goal to become the largest in their sector in Australia. They are currently partnering with Davidson to recruit a Head of Operations for Enrolments.

**The Role**
- The Purpose of this role is to manage the enrolments team, a centralised business contact centre function which is responsible for enrolment related communications with all customers.
- Using strong leadership and clear direction ensuring a high-performance culture across a diverse stakeholder group.
- Responsible for setting KPI’s within the current team using best practice from existing operations to raise overall quality of enrolment throughout the childcare centres.
- Drive operational efficiency in the enrolment process + develop and manage quality assurance and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain a partnership with global peer network to share learnings and best practices across.

**The Person**
- We are looking for someone with senior leadership experience with the ability to align and motivate a mixed group of stakeholders from executive level to individual contributors.
- A proven track record of managing high performing contact centre type teams.
- A strong analytical and commercial acumen is required - especially as the organisation is expanding.
- While previous childcare industry experience is not essential a commitment to the company values of excellence in health, wellbeing, and safety of children, families and fellow employees is a minimum expectation.
- Willing to develop your career as the company grows including opportunities for domestic and future international travel to liaise with your colleagues.
