**We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Expert leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing the complex and diverse coordination of mission-critical environments.
- High level skills in communication, negotiation, consultation, and collaboration with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and influence organisational change and reforms to make service delivery systems increasingly responsive and proactive, including ability to lead and inspire diverse, professional teams, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Providing superior intelligence and analysis in a mission-critical environment that operates within an Incident Management System (IMS), and to implement governance and integrity in this process.
- Demonstrated expert analytical and critical thinking skills to contribute to the development, implementation, and review of operational plans, policies, standards, local work practices and service improvement initiatives.
- Experience in data analysis and business intelligence including the ability to convey technical information with non-technical audiences.
- Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in Business Intelligence, Health Services Administration, or a related field will be highly desirable.
- This position may require participation in additional hours or overtime during critical incident periods.
