Job Title: Intelligence Manager

The Professional Standards and Governance Command requires a skilled professional to lead the development of intelligence briefs, analyze data to identify emerging threats and trends, and support the agency's response to corruption risks.

This role is critical to building, driving, and maintaining a mature corruption-resistant culture promoting disciplined ethical behavior and professional practice through deterrence, education, and system improvements.

  • Develop high-quality intelligence briefs using data analysis techniques to identify emerging threats and trends.
  • Establish and implement policies, systems, frameworks, and processes to build and sustain intelligence capacity and capability within a challenging environment.
  • Lead staff with strong leadership skills, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and encouraging agile thinking and quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders using high-level communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting intelligence briefs.
  • Proven ability in building and sustaining intelligence capacity and capability.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to contribute to an organisational culture committed to continuous improvement.
