We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to lead our New South Wales assets. Based out of the Sydney Head Office (Surry Hills), this is an exciting opportunity to join our fun and creative team. The role encompasses some travel to the assets in order to provide onsite support to Park/Property Managers.

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills who is results oriented and customer focused. Reporting to the Head of Operations based in Sydney, this role is suited to a people leader who is well organised and an excellent communicator.

**About You**:

- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged & motivated teams
- Strong commercial acumen is essential
- Proven financial and analytical skills in interpreting budgets and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with the strategic direction of the assets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety obligations
- Managing programmed (CAPEX) and reactive maintenance works
- Experience in, team recruitment, training, and development

**Full time role**
Competitive remuneration based on the successful applicants’ experience and skillset but will comprise a base salary plus a performance-based bonus structure (based on KPI’s) and the opportunity to participate in the Aspen Performance Rights Scheme (long-term incentive).
