Work with a leading Australian business as a Business Program Manager focusing on Programs of work that will directly impact its customers. This role will sit in the Delivery team of the EPMO across the Consumer Division.

In this role you will drive the program on time and on budget to realise the strategic and technology programs focused on customer experience. The success of this project will be determined by the provision of an end to end business outcome of program delivery including the technical, commercial and change management as well as operational handover.

In order to succeed in this role you will have a high level business acumen with experience in managing complex projects and/or programs of work in a changing environment. You will manage resources across both business and technical/IT.

**Key accountabilities for this job**:

- Define the program requirements through establishing customer expectations and analysing stakeholder interests
- Monitor and review the program quality and deliverables and ensure the program is running to budget
- Define the scope and specifics of the program
- Identify and formulate a risk management plan for the program to ensure program continuity
- Ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of any decision making process

**You will have**:

- Experience in managing programs or projects in large complex environments with budgets in excess of $2m
- Track record in managing a delivery team
- Success in directly managing large complex projects/programs
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders across the business and technology
