As a key player in the market, they are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team in their brand-new offices in the Norwest Business Park.
**About the Role**:
- Provide vital support to the Project Manager and Engineering team.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Efficiently handle data entry related to PLM software.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems through document flow coordination.
- Develop and maintain administrative processes.
- Support overall business functions as directed by the General Manager.
- Full-time in-office role
**About You**:
- Demonstrated strong administrative background.
- Highly proactive, confident, and goal driven.
- Excellent prioritisation skills.
- Curious and resourceful, diving deep to resolve issues.
- Experience in supply chain management is desirable.
- Previous experience in a large corporation is preferred.
- Excited to contribute to the growth of an SME, currently with 35 employees and expanding rapidly.
