We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ HR Team as a HR Advisor in our South Australian operations. Reporting to the HR Manager - SA, here is your opportunity to partner with key leaders at PepsiCo’s manufacturing plant in Regency Park. This is a diverse role where you will provide generalist support to leaders and employees, as well as provide coordination support to the site HR team. Additional to your HR Generalist support, you will be advisory on relevant Acts, Regulations, Awards, Industrial Agreements, legislation, policy and procedures. You will also have the ability to lead key initiatives to positively impact site capability, engagement and business results.

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide generalist Human Resources support, advice and coaching to employees and Front-Line Managers
- Manage and execute day to day Human Resources activities such as counselling and grievances, organisational development, other policies and procedures
- Provide operational human resources information and analysis relating to workforce profiles and trends, benchmarking data and analysis advice
- Provide coordination support for core people processes and Human Resources Information Systems
- Lead or support key Human Resources initiatives or projects that focus on building site capability and efficiency, engagement and organisational development initiatives

Your success will be largely dependent on your ability to engage across all levels of the business, quickly build rapport and create meaningful, authentic relationships with your business partners and your ability to coach them to achieve desired outcomes and drive a high-performance culture. Qualifications:
**You will have**:

- HR generalist experience within operational environments, with a focus on industrial relations
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
- Strong and professional communication style with the ability to influence
- Strong organisation and project management skills to deliver quality work within a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline desirable
