**About the role**

An exciting, newly created opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join MinRes, CSI operations. Based in the Pilbara, with one of the businesses Tier 1 clients, you will be afforded the workability of a 8/6/7/7 roster.

The plant is essentially a primary crushing circuit, feeding onto our clients primary feed conveyor into the below water table plant. CSI will operate the ROM facility and directly feed the plant, it will be 12.5 hr days and based at camp less than 5 minutes away from site.

As the Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical team to ensure safe and effective operation of the electrical systems supplying the CSI operational works associated with our project, minimising costs and effectively supervising the electrical team on site.

**Key deliverables**:

- Ensure day to day duties of the electrical employees and contractors regarding the above are carried out in the correct manner with respect to quality and safety.
- Organise action registers to address safety and management issues highlighted from daily reports and inspections (e.g. Hazard Reports).
- Assist with planning, preparation and completion of electrical works.
- Ensure Quality, Environmental and other Company policies are implemented, maintained and progressively improved.
- In conjunction with the Site Leadership team and the Human Resources Department, ensure that all staff working onsite are suitably qualified to carry out the work.
- In conjunction with the Site Leadership team, conduct new employee and staff annual reviews professionally and timely in accordance with procedure.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 3+ years previous experience leading teams in an Electrical Supervisory capacity
- Plant/Crushing experience preferably in mining environment
- Ability to qualify for In-house Electrical Nominee
- C Class Driver’s License
- Current WA ‘A’ Grade Electrical License
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
