They have offices across Australia's east coast, and enjoy collaboration across studios and a wide range of shares resources. The studio multi-disciplinary and operates in many sectors, with each state including a small to medium close knit team. Their office is based conveniently in Melbourne's CBD.

**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

Lucrative opportunity for a senior Architectural professional to step into a Studio Principal position. You will be responsible for acquiring new projects for the studio, while working closely with the company directors to lead your project team. The role will allow you to maintain a high level of autonomy while representing the studio and expanding your network.

**DUTIES.**
- Lead and mentor a capable team
- Manage the delivery of a range of projects
- Closely manage and advise clients
- Acquire an array of new project opportunities and meet Business Development KPIs

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- 15+ years experience
- Previous Business Development experience essential
- Strong Revit understanding preferred
- Ability to manage and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
