**The world needs more Intrepid people**:
The PR & Communications team at Intrepid sits at the critical intersection of strategic communications, storytelling, and marketing, and plays a central role in the growth of the brand. Between social media, public relations, and corporate communications this team works on the brand’s frontlines, utilising owned, earned, and shared channels to tell a succinct and impactful brand story.
We are now looking for a PR Manager - B2B & Corporate Communications, APAC. This new role will be responsible for bringing the Intrepid brand to life through business and trade media outlets and via corporate communication channels.

Reporting directly into our Head of PR & Communications APAC, you’ll work closely with our Managing Director in Australia & New Zealand as well as our Regional General Managers throughout Asia to implement our PR & communications strategy and help grow Intrepid’s brand awareness and reputation.
You’ll use your media contacts and storytelling skills to keep Intrepid front of mind, identify stories from our teams across APAC, seek out opportunities for coverage, react to the current news agenda and manage corporate communications both proactively and reactively. This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street with the flexibility to work some days from home.
**Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes**:
- Educated to degree level in Communications or similar field
- 3+ years in a PR role, in-house or agency, travel industry ideal but not essential
- Familiarity and interest with the APAC media landscape; understanding of news/social media with a finger on the pulse of local and global trends
- Track record of securing coverage in APACs biggest publications
- Expert verbal and written communication skills as a creative storyteller with a strong command of how to compose compelling brand narratives
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated corporate communications and channels, including crisis communications, internal communications, awards submissions, socials and corporate speaking

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
