Six month contract - $40-50 Per hour (Depending on experience) - Melbourne CBD Currently looking for a proactive team assistant with strong administration skills for a six month contract. - Six Month Contract - $40-50 per hour depending on experience - Melbourne CBD We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal and Contracts Administrator to join our team of lawyers, conveyancers, and paralegals who manage the resident contracts for our national retirement living business. In this role, you will work closely with contracts, residents, and various stakeholders to facilitate the process of residents entering and exiting our villages. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service will contribute to an outstanding experience for our residents. **Responsibilities**: - Monitor the timeliness of payments. - Engage in formal and informal communications with customers and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the process. - Manage the legal and financial paperwork components for residents entering and leaving our Retirement Living villages. - Prepare and facilitate the exchange of incoming residents' contracts. - Review contracts, policies, relevant legislation, and legal advice to prepare refund estimates and actual calculations. - Facilitate settlements, payouts, and lodgings. **Experience**: - Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Enthusiasm for becoming an expert in the field of legal and contracts administration. - Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy. - Self-motivated and focused on working collaboratively within a team. - Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Confident in verbal and written communication.
