Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a knack for organisation, a great phone manner, and a passion for customer service? Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for a **Reservation Agent** to join our Melbourne-based team

With a portfolio of 200+ iconic pubs, bars, and venues across Australia & New Zealand, we’re all about delivering memorable moments - and that starts with a seamless reservation experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinating reservations for group bookings, functions & events
- Assisting guests with tailored experiences across our venues
- Collaborating with venue teams to ensure accurate and timely bookings
- Delivering exceptional customer service that sets the tone for their visit

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or reservations (ideal but not essential)
- A friendly, confident phone manner and clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
