TSA is an Australian-owned business in the Outsourcing Industry helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.
We are currently looking for a talented Leadership Program Manager, to support in developing and managing our leadership cohort. You will work closely with our leaders, and stakeholders across our Australian sites in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide.
**Job Description**:
The Leadership Program Manager is responsible for the strategic development and the delivery of several curated programs and initiatives that form part of TSA’s Leadership Development Framework. The framework is focused on growing and embedding best practice leadership capability and culture across the greater TSA business.
**Key Notes for the Role**:
- Permanent full-time role, Monday - Friday
- Can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Adelaide
- Hybrid work model: work from home flexibility
**You will be responsible for**:
- Forming strategic vision and planning for the Leadership Development Program
- Deliver engaging training, building rapport and strong professional relationships with leaders
- Working closely with the Leadership Program Facilitator to support building leader capability
- Develop appropriate delivery schedule and hold responsibility for tracking and monitoring attendance and session outcomes
- Role model effective leadership methodology in development activities
- Provide classroom and remote facilitation for a variety of leadership and other soft skill topics, to support the leadership development framework
- Provide feedback, ideas and support the design and implementations of development strategies
- Work closely with the Training Delivery Manager, Operations Leaders and HR Team

- Ability to deliver reporting outcomes in agreed time-frames
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to deliver results under pressure
- You are business minded, and can manage your time effectively
- You are a self-motivated individual, resilient, hard-working and you thrive on achieving results
**Experience in the following is preferred but not essential**:
- Professional level leadership mentoring/coaching
- Professional level facilitation skills or qualifications
- Qualifications or experience in organisational development
- Contact centre industry experience
