We are looking for a marketing officer to join our team and take charge of our brand, marketing and events.

We already have a fairly clean brand, decent google reviews and strong reputation with our client base and referrers. As our Mortgage broking company has grown, we need someone to take us to the next level and develop our marketing efforts.

This is to comprise of: Our advertising, getting the phone to ring, for us and our referrers. Enacting and helping to create the actual ads that help to build our brand for our clients.

Moments: this is to put in place the little thank yous and acknowledgements to thank our clients for doing business with us and thanking people who refer to us. This includes co-ordinating the gifts and thanks to go out to clients and refferers.

Events: You will bring our events program to life, for our clients and partners and team.

The role is casual with regular hours focused at family friendly times. This role would suit either a talented graduate or possibly someone with more experience who is looking to be able to work a schedule that suits family responsibilities. Eventually, with success, this role could build into a full-time job over the coming years.

It's a broad brief, however with a dedicated person, budget and sole responsibility for our marketing efforts, we know a big difference will be able to be made.

Working around school holidays will also be possible as we seem to find our client demand drops off when they have to take care of the kids. The run into christmas will require some work though.

This is a work from the office role as you will need to work closely with other team members and also be part of our team creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
