Join our **Transition to Work team in Kingston** to deliver our new & exciting PILOT **Inclusive Pathways to Employment** (IPE) Program. The IPE practise model will showcase that implementation though co-design, capacity building, a collaborative approach and individual support will improve employment outcomes for young people with a disability.

We are seeking two **Lead Coordinators** to join our **Transition to Work Team in Kingston**. In this role, you will implement and deliver the **Inclusive Pathways to Employment** (IPE) program by supporting young people with a disability to pursue their interests, aspirations, and goals to enable them to be socially and economically included in their communities, regardless of their individual challenges.

Your day will include:

- Manage a complex caseload of young people with disabilities, and develop individual case plans, outlining the young person’s goals and monitoring their progress and achievements against the plan.
- Increase our participant’s expectations, confidence, skills, opportunities, and career prospects as well as promote greater social inclusion, agency, and wellbeing.
- Work with and build capacity of schools and other stakeholders to anticipate employment pathways for young people with disability; change attitudes and reduce stigma, to support effective systems and pathways into open employment.
- Support our young people to identify their skills, capabilities, curate opportunities and provide vocational guidance tailored to the participant’s aspirations.
- Work with employers and ability to customise jobs that suit both the employer and the young person with a disability.
- Work collaboratively with the families, employers and community to support our young people to achieve their aspirations.
- Challenging the status quo and advocating for the young person.
- Actively engaging with the local community and gain support for referrals for our young people.
- Contribute and participate in IPE evaluation activities including engagement with government and policy makers.
- Lead and facilitate all facets of the Logan Beaudesert Community Investment Committee including enacting action items.
- The Logan Beaudesert Community Investment Committee brings together leaders from across different sectors (industry, skills and training, youth employment services, community, and all levels of government) with a shared purpose to develop solutions that benefit both young people and local employers, through harnessing community investment and expertise. **$89,651 per annum + Salary Packaging + Monthly RDOs + 10.5 % Superannuation**
