**Job Description**:
As the Accounts Officer you will support the Nine Radio Finance team by ensuring the timely completion of the vendor invoice coding, and be responsible for managing the radio invoice workflow.

Day to day you will:

- Ensure the financial integrity of the underlying accounting numbers
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the vendor invoice coding
- Manage the radio invoice workflow and be a point of contact for any issues from vendors or business stakeholders
- Assist in the completion of balance sheet reconciliations at the end of the month in accordance with group policy
- Create and post journals, group credit card transactions and review trial balances
- Ensure that adequate financial controls are adhered to in day-to-day tasks, including coding, GST recognition and reconciliations
- Provide general assistance and support to the team as required, including ad hoc reporting

**Qualifications**:
You will be an experienced Office Administrator or Accounts Officer, with a passion for being thorough, focussed and getting things right. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you pride yourself on your ability to identify, investigate and resolve issues and errors. You are someone the team can rely on for your accuracy and commitment, and your ability to seek out and deliver opportunities for continuous improvements.

What we would like to see on your resume:

- Experience in an Accounts OR Administrative Support role where attention to detail was key
- A demonstrated ability to identify, investigate and resolve issues
- Competency using excel and other MS programs
- The ability to communicate with a variety of business stakeholders in a clear, timely and consistent manner
- Experience with financial software systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or TM1) would be highly desirable, but not essential
