Position Summary:

- Ensure that all invoices with corresponding back-ups are processed in a timely manner
- Post, edit, balance and update the accounts receivable ledger in the system
- Ensure accurate processing and allocation of credit card payments
- Balancing daily transfers to City Ledger, posting, editing and updating into the system
- Assist in other general accounting functions as needed or required by the Finance team
