**About the role**
Supporting our allied health team executing services your duties will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Entering client referral and contact information into our online system.
- Supporting consultants with documentation follow up with various stakeholders.
- Facilitate client feedback.
- Flexibility to work remotely can be discussed with your manager
**Skills and experience**
This role would suit an individual with professional administrative experience in the medical, insurance and or professional services industries, although full training and comprehensive induction will be provided.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with small to medium sized business is essential.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and online fax.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and cloud-based workflow software (training provided).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A willingness to go above and beyond
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year
