**Who we are**

**The opportunity**

**Demand Planning**:

- Lead the Demand Review process within the monthly S&OP cycle
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to review, develop and mutually approve monthly demand forecasts
- Prepare and present forecast performance reporting
- Key involvement in determining New Product Launch forecast volumes, using techniques such as product benchmarking to improve forecast performance
- Active involvement in the testing of New Product setup process (ensure forecast is flowing through all levels and correctly through to raw materials via BOM setup
- Liaise with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure all new products are set up and reflected in the demand plan
- Identify and communicate all demand changes to the Supply Team for review and approval prior to demand plan finalisation
- Drive continuous improvement of the demand process.

**Supply Planning**:

- Deliver the capacity planning outlook for production sites and critical work centres.
- Prepare and deliver monthly forecast requirements
- Key contributor for make to stock programs, stock build activities, plus peak season initiatives
- Maintain raw materials substitutions register
- Actively support the sales and supply review process within the monthly S&OP cycle
- Deliver initiatives that improve integration of data and process between entities

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience as a Demand & Supply Analyst or in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in the related field is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent understanding of supply chain dynamics and demand forecasting methodologies
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various teams and present findings clearly
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
