**Purpose of the Job**

To support the Supplu chain and Sales teams, primarily focussing on the analysis of sales trends to optimise stock holdings to ensure continuity in the supply of our world-class products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of and assist in the analysis of re-order point calculations for all of our Oceania plants.
- Preparation of and assisting in the analysis of forecasts and distribution to Vendors
- Analyse and provide recommendations for reducing slow-moving stock for all plants in Oceania. Coordinate the necessary actions to resolve
- Assist in creating material numbers in the Oceania Plants.
- Provide Supply Chain support in the processes of Product Introductions and changes
- Provide support with the Segmentation (ABCD analysis)
- Provide and Maintain Core Key Performance Indicators for the Supply Chain team
- Assist to ensure and maintain an accurate ERP system for Supply Chain responsibilities
- Any other responsibilities as specified by the Supply Chain Manager, Oceania
- Any other reasonable responsibilities as requested, commensurate with the position at the time

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor in business - Supply Chain Management.
- Having relevant experience working in Supply Planning or and holding a Supply Chain related role with 2 years experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates flexibility to assist others in the team when needed
- Is willing to learn
- With good knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
- Experience with working within an SAP ERP environment will be highly regarded
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from home should COVID restrictions require it
