Our team is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst. We are based at Arndell Park (close to Blacktown). This is a full-time permanent role. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and improving supply chain processes to ensure the efficiency of import, export, and logistics operations. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process improvement, recommending strategic changes, and optimizing performance for key accounts.

**Your new role will involve**:

- Data Analysis and Reporting to optimise supply chain processes, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Use data analysis tools and software to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
- Oversee shipments’ registration and manage client documentation for various modes of transport (air, sea, road).
- Ensure compliance with import, export, air, sea, transport customs regulations.
- Check file profitability and minimise financial losses.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly for customs clearance.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, clients, agents, vendors, and shippers to establish efficient process flows or address issues.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to promote continuous improvement in processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas offices, partners, and agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide training and support to team members to encourage development and growth within the organisation.

**Required Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with documentation, transport/cartage, and warehousing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard supply chain practices and regulations.
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
